Aquismart believes that no company can grow or even survive without a thorough and achievable strategy.  Strategy is often seen as an annual process that focuses on the next 5 to 10 years of a company.  In most instances the strategy does not talk to the operational performance of the company and is seen as a “pipe dream” by the employees of the company.  Aquismart uses a program that starts with the development of the strategy and ends with the short term measurement of achievement.  The following are the main areas within this process:
